Description
Patrick Jamison of Mason Amelia proudly presents this well-maintained 2001 Cirrus SR22 Generation 1, an honest, capable aircraft that delivers the performance and utility that established the SR22 as one of general aviation's most successful designs.
With just 375 hours since major overhaul on its Continental IO-550-N engine and 269 hours since propeller overhaul, this SR22 offers a desirable combination of remaining engine and propeller life. The Cirrus Airframe Parachute System (CAPS) is not due for repack until October 2033, with line cutters due in 2030, leaving years of remaining service life before these scheduled maintenance items come due. Together, these components offer the next owner years of remaining service life before several of the aircraft's largest scheduled maintenance events become due.
The aircraft is equipped with a proven IFR avionics suite centered around dual Garmin GNS 430W WAAS GPS/NAV/COM units, an Avidyne EX5000 multifunction display, STEC 55X autopilot with altitude preselect and GPSS steering, Sandel electronic HSI, L-3 WX-500 Stormscope, CMAX electronic approach charts, and EMAX engine monitoring. This well-balanced panel provides excellent capability for both cross-country flying and instrument operations.
Finished in Snow White with maroon and gray accent striping over a stone gray leather interior, the airplane presents with a timeless appearance that complements its practical mission profile.
